Job Summary

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $36.08/hour
Total Weekly Gross: $1443.20
Weekly Stipend: $763.20
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment in Edison NJ. The CNA will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centered nursing and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills compassion and the ability to provide high-quality direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
Provide direct resident care in accordance with the established Patient Care Plan.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing feeding and toileting.
Perform and document vital signs accurately.
Assist with range of motion (ROM) exercises ambulation and transfer training.
Support restorative nursing care as ordered.
Record intake/output and bowel movements.
Conduct skin checks and report abnormalities.
Answer call bells promptly and respond to resident needs.
Assist with room changes and post-mortem care as required.
Ensure residents are wearing and using adaptive equipment as ordered.
Maintain accurate documentation per facility state and federal guidelines.
Report any changes in patient condition to the nurse immediately.
Communicate effectively with nurses team members patients and families.
Maintain a clean safe and organized environment during assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CNA experience.
Active CNA License (State of New Jersey).
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Experience taking and documenting vital signs.
