Training Coordinator

Where Youll Make a Difference

Coordinate the development implementation and maintenance of training programs to ensure compliance with all training policies and requirements.
Assign local global and business curriculums according to operational needs.
Work with Course Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop local training content.
Serve as the owner/administrator of the computer-based document control system.
Develop and maintain employeespecific training schedules and plans in partnership with Leadership Resource Leaders and Learning Leaders.
Ensure training materials for Production Logistics and Maintenance are reviewed approved updated and accessible.
Support onboarding for new employees across Production Logistics and Maintenance.
Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) and coach employees on accessing and using learning resources.
Support local implementation of global InstructorLed courses and other local learning projects.

What Makes You the Right Fit

High school diploma or equivalent required.
35 years of manufacturing or related experience.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Minimum 2 years in an administrative role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational prioritization and problemsolving skills.
Ability to understand the big picture and articulate the value of training to plant performance.
Demonstrated ownership mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Ability to give and receive constructive and positive feedback.
Adaptable proactive and quick to learn new skills.

How Would You Stand Out

Experience providing basic IT support or coordinating IT activities.
SAP experience.
Experience working on a production floor to assist in handson training.
