About the Role:
To build on Sitecores success and growth we are looking for a skilled Senior Software Developerto work as part of our Product Development department. Youwill help in designing and building scaled multi-tenant and high-performance product features whileworking with other experienced engineering team members in delivering high quality releases improving solution robustness and performance/scalability.
What youll Do:
- Develop high-quality codes on features bug fixes according to Sitecore guidelines.
- Actively demonstrate software engineering best practices throughout product development and maintenance.
- Maintain close collaboration and effective communication withEngineeringManager Product Owner Lead Developer QA team members and other stakeholders.
- Understand the business requirements anddevelopsoftwaresolutionsto ensure the requirements are met.
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies contributing to iterative development cycles.
What you need to Succeed:
- Good experience in object-oriented programming C#.NET
- Experience in working with version control system: Git and branching strategy.
- Experience in database: relational or NoSQL.
- Experience in CI/CD development environments.
- Good experience in implementing unittestsand integration tests:NUnitXUnit etc.
- Good experience in using development tools: Visual StudioVSCodeResharper GitHub Copilot or equivalent.
- Good knowledgeofprogramming principles: SOLID clean code & refactoring.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure particularly containerized deployments (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with GitHub Actions development and GitHub Workflows.
- Experience with messaging systems aka Confluent Kafka.
- Experience in optimizing software performance using profiling tools.
Additional Skills that Could set you apart:
- Proactive attitude and solution minded.
- Outside of the box thinker with strong critical thinking skills.
- Experience inAzureKubernetes is a plus.
- Experience in Postman is a plus.
- Working experience in a SaaS based company or project is a plus.
