Position Summary
トレードマーケティングスペシャリストは市場トレンドや店頭起点での市場分析に基づきマーケティング戦略に則し小売ショッパーへのブランド認知イメージ向上製品購入機会最大化のためのトレード向けブランド戦略の企画実行ステアリングを行うまた戦略に基づきトレードストーリーの立案構築し店頭コミュニケーションツールの作成を通して全社の売上拡大に貢献するまたマーケティング営業サプライチェーンの知識や理解を持ち内部統制をおこないスピーディーかつ合理的な意思決定を促進するそして社内外のビジネス状況を把握したうえでSales Teamと他部署との橋渡しを担い協業及び連携しながら営業活動の効率化とサポートを実施する

全社方針に則ったマーケティング戦略をコンシューマー視点の基点に立った形でのトレードストーリーの構築のサポート
マーケティング戦略に即した全社販売戦略(棚割配荷価格戦略MD
戦略)の立案サポート
新商品新プロモーション会議に参加Trade Marketingのメンバーとともにセリングストーリーを展開し営業の実行を促しビジネスに貢献する
営業商談資料の作成サポートセリングストーリーの策定説得力のある商談資料作成新商品新プロモーション会議市場およびPOSデータ分析と示唆をチームメンバーとともに実施
マーケティング戦略に沿った企画品販促物のプランニング店頭販POSMカタログ等)の企画制作
トレードマーケティング予算の管理
- 営業活動の効率化をサポート
棚割提案ツールの開発営業がロジカルに且つ簡単に提案できるツール提供
各種施策効果分析検証を実施しフロントセールスマーケティングに共有
することで全社の知識見識知見を向上させる
Required Skills Experience and Competency
Must have
- FMCGメーカー/小売店での就労経験
- 1の業界において3年以上のデータを駆使した提案型営業経験
- WordExcelPowerPointでの資料作成スキル
- 英語に対して苦手意識を持たれない方
- クロスファンクションまたはチーム内で共同作業を行い協調性を重視しながら関係者に影響を与えながら物事を推進させる高いオペレーション能力
- 継続的なビジネス改善への変化を促し他者と考えを共有する
- ビジネスの成長に対する強い意志と積極的な姿勢を示し問題を解決できる
Nice to have
- マーケティングまたはトレードマーケティングでの2年以上の勤務経験
- 化粧品業界での就労経験があり美容トレンドに感性感度をお持ちの方
- スキンケアカテゴリー経験者2年以上
