As a Financial Product Owner youll play a critical role in shaping the financial systems that power live production operations. Youll own the end-to-end lifecycle of your product areatranslating complex financial and operational needs into scalable intuitive software solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of finance product strategy and engineering requiring a customer-first mindset strong analytical skills and the ability to drive clarity across cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do (Job Summary)

• Own the full product lifecycle for financial and accounting-focused solutions from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead the design and optimization of financial processes related to purchasing sales order management and cost accounting.
• Partner closely with Engineering Design Sales and Customer Success to deliver high-quality scalable solutions.
• Conduct customer research analyze feedback and evaluate market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Maintain and prioritize a well-groomed product backlog making informed tradeoffs based on business value and impact.
• Write clear user stories acceptance criteria and detailed requirements to guide development teams.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs analytics and customer feedback to drive iterative improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Drive Agile practices including sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospectives.
