Bilingual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Location: Central Florida/Orlando Area (Multiple Locations)

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Bilingual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong clinical foundation and an exceptional bedside manner who is passionate about serving an elderly patient base. A collaborating physician is provided to ensure a seamless and supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
  • Maintain a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. (8-5)
  • Collaborate with a long-tenured nurse practitioner to learn and embody the practices specific patient care model.

Required Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Must be comfortable working with the Adult/Geriatric population.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish fluency highly preferred).
  • Exceptional personality and bedside manner: warm empathetic a good listener and capable of building trust with patients.
  • Ability to embody an old-school patient-centric approach prioritizing patient needs and making them feel heard and valued.
  • Possesses vigor and a desire to work hard and build a strong reputation.
  • A trainable collaborative attitude is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: Competitive starting at $120 per hour.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days (120 hours) of PTO after 90 days of employment in addition to 5 paid holidays.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): An annual allowance of 40 hours for CME.
  • Health Insurance: Access to several Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans. The practice contributes to the premium. Benefits become effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
  • 401(k) Plan: Available for rollovers and contributions.
