Job Summary
Assisted Living is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) / ALP Coordinator to oversee medical services quality assurance and nursing coordination within our Assisted Living Program (ALP) .
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care regulatory compliance staff supervision and resident health oversight while working closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate medical and nursing services for ALP residents
Screen train supervise and evaluate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
Conduct resident assessments and approve admissions based on care needs and staffing availability
Review approve and sign required clinical and regulatory documentation
Ensure compliance with NYS regulations policies and quality assurance standards
Maintain accurate resident staff and program records
Participate in program development quality improvement initiatives and complaint resolution
Support residents staff and program operations across all service areas
Collaborate with the Administrator on operational planning and care delivery
Lead by example through professionalism organization and consistent follow-up
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Administrator or upper management
