Job Summary
Overview
Work alongside course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums and proctor 1-1 or small groups of special students receiving disability-related accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside TU-PA course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums
- Proctor 1-1 or small groups of students receiving disability-related accommodations
- Be familiar with academic integrity protocols -- e.g. distance seating focused attention exam start/stop time policies
- Be able to confront and report suspected behaviors allegedly in violation of integrity rules
Qualifications
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Sensitivity in communications with faculty students and other staff
- Ability to follow integrity protocols to be shown
- Comfort an occasional need to confront and report suspicious behavior
- Collaborative working style
- Work experience in any educational or administrative capacity
Work Conditions
- Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
- Extensive time sitting and standing
