Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a certified Workday Security Analyst (IAM) with strong expertise in Workday security architecture and identity & access management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining secure access controls within Workday ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Workday security including domain security policies and business process security policies.
Design and maintain role-based and user-based security groups.
Manage user provisioning de-provisioning and access modifications in alignment with IAM standards.
Implement and support identity and access management (IAM) integrations with enterprise systems (e.g. Active Directory SSO).
Conduct regular security audits access reviews and compliance checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in Workday.
Collaborate with HR IT and compliance teams to ensure proper access controls and segregation of duties (SoD).
Support Workday releases by assessing security impacts and implementing necessary updates.
Maintain documentation of security configurations policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
Workday Security Certification (mandatory).
36 years of hands-on experience in Workday security and IAM.
Strong understanding of:

Workday security framework (domains business processes)
Role-based access control (RBAC)
Segregation of duties (SoD)

Experience with identity management tools and integrations (SSO LDAP Active Directory).
Knowledge of audit and compliance practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Workday integrations (EIB Core Connectors).
Familiarity with security tools and audit frameworks.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA SOX or GDPR.
Experience in a global or multi-tenant Workday environment.
