Eqlipse CSD is looking for aSoftware Developer - DevOps and Cloudinterested in joining the Eqlipse CSD product engineering team. Our CSD product helps markets/countries to meet the ever-increasing demands of the post-trade value chain with local & international settlement corporate actions custody & registrar services as well as financial services such as pledges SBLs etc. Innovation and efficiency are two of our core values and we search for candidates who share those values along with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technological solutions to todays markets.

With this position we offer:

An exciting opportunity to work within a highly skilled and experienced product engineering team. You will belong to thecloud & platform team Nexus.Its a scrum team consisting of other DevOps and Cloud experts. Your focus will be on helping design and build the entire Eqlipse CSD Platform on Cloud along with a heavy hyper-automation mindset on DevOps. A few of the technologies involved: AWS Terraform Kubernetes Helm Kafka Gitlab Java.

What you will be doing:

• Develop our Provisioning Build and Deployment pipelines

• Create and setup existing and new Cloud accounts

• Create and setup Dev/QA/Performance/UAT environments for different clients

• Create comprehensive documentation and guides on how to build deploy and run our systems

• Optimize our Cloud footprint for lower costs and higher performance

• Automate manual processes and help our teams to have a better Developer Experience and higher efficiency and productivity

• Be our Kafka expert and mentoring other engineers to build their own Kafka knowledge

• Contribute with your experience by mentoring other engineers and being active in peer reviews sprint planning retrospectives regression testing and demos

It would be great if you have:

• A genuine interest to work in the FinTech industry and learn the domain specifically within the post trade area CSD or clearing

• Experience with Cloud/AWS/Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform/CICD

• Experience with Java and Distributed Systems

• Kafka knowledge (Strimzi/Managed Kafka)

• Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or equivalent experience

This is a full-time permanent position located in Stockholm Sweden. Nasdaq offers you a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office therefore its required to come into the office at least 3 days per week.
