We are seeking an experienced and result driven Senior BD for AWS China region business this role you will be responsible for winning back customers who have previously chosen competitor solutions. You will leverage your consultative sales approach and deep cloud expertise to position our company as the premier cloud provider.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win back key customers from competitors in the China market
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large strategic accounts across various industries. Identify new business opportunities and drive net-new revenue growth within existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and propose cloud solutions tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate and close complex high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitor landscapes and evolving customer requirements
- Mentor and develop junior team members

- 10 years of successful sales experience in the cloud computing or technology industry with a proven track record of winning back customers from competitors
- Extensive experience managing and developing large enterprise accounts
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services architectures and migration strategies
- Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to position value propositions effectively
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
- Willingness to travel frequently within China
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
- Demonstrated successful performance record in selling Alicloud Azure or Tencent cloud solutions
- Strong connections with key accounts CXO and deep understanding of industry ecosystems
