Job Summary
We are looking for an on-call basis Dispatch Engineer / Freelance engineer to provide onsite IT support services at the customer location. The engineer will handle service requests incident tickets and smart hands support through the Hemmersbach ticketing system (FIELDCODE).
The role includes supporting laptops desktops printers servers mobile devices storage network devices and other end-user equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Install move add change and de-install IT equipment (laptops desktops printers servers mobile devices etc.)
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support network connectivity and peripherals
Provide Smart Hands support (reboot cable replacement part replacement run commands as instructed)
Install upgrade and configure software
Perform data backup and secure data deletion when required
Update tickets and maintain proper documentation
Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
Skills Required
Experience in Desktop / EUC / Field Support
Strong knowledge of hardware OS and basic networking
Ability to troubleshoot independently
Good communication skills
Willingness to work onsite
