Job Description
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dealership team. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our service technicians helping to identify vehicle issues recommend maintenance or repair services and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Job Type & Schedule
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (with some Saturday work)
Work Requirements:
Ability to Commute: Morganton NC (Required)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and gather vehicle information to determine service needs
Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance to customers
Create accurate and detailed repair orders and cost estimates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion
Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
Schedule service appointments and manage shop workflow
Handle warranty and service contract documentation accurately
Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication interpersonal and sales skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic automotive knowledge required
Proficiency in Reynolds and Reynolds
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
