Description

Pepins Warehouse Forklift Operators work in a fast-paced warehouse environment ensuring all order get loaded into the proper trucks for next-day delivery.

Work Schedule: Full-time: Sunday Thursday 11:00 AM start until all orders are complete (9:00 AM start on Sunday)

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour (plus time and a half OT 45 hours per week); weekly Performance Bonus opportunities

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Using Forklift and Warehouse Management System to load orders into the proper trucks and delivery vehicles.
Assist with completed orders and product movement within the Warehouse.
Maintain clean safe working environment always and adheres to strict safe working practices Company policies rules regulations corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to supervisor if not immediately correctable.
Report obvious vehicular equipment malfunctions or safety problems to supervisor immediately.
Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have forklift certification
Previous forklift experience required
Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
Regular and Punctual attendance per the Attendance Guidelines

Physical Requirements:

Talk hear and see (including close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
Continuous standing and walking during shift
Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack
Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of various packages with weights up to 100 pounds
