- Support daily business strategy to exceed sales targets
- Lead by example in styling and clienteling
TEAM SUPPORT
- Motivate and coach associates in real time
- Provide feedback aligned with performance expectations
- Support onboarding and training of new hires
- Model accountability and brand professionalism
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Deliver elevated luxury service at all times
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Support Omni-channel services (BOPIS ship-from-store etc.)
VISUAL & OPERATIONS
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure cleanliness and brand presentation
- Support inventory accuracy and shrink prevention
- Open and close store in leadership absence
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION
- Meets or exceeds personal sales goals/ Brand SPH
- Drives team productivity
- Maintains high conversion and UPT
- Upholds loss prevention and operational compliance
