SALES LEADERSHIP

Drive personal and team sales results
Achieve KPIs: AUR UPT ADS conversion
Support daily business strategy to exceed sales targets
Lead by example in styling and clienteling

TEAM SUPPORT

Motivate and coach associates in real time
Provide feedback aligned with performance expectations
Support onboarding and training of new hires
Model accountability and brand professionalism

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Deliver elevated luxury service at all times
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency
Support Omni-channel services (BOPIS ship-from-store etc.)

VISUAL & OPERATIONS

Maintain visual merchandising standards
Ensure cleanliness and brand presentation
Support inventory accuracy and shrink prevention
Open and close store in leadership absence

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION

Meets or exceeds personal sales goals/ Brand SPH
Drives team productivity
Maintains high conversion and UPT
Upholds loss prevention and operational compliance
