職務目的

• 経理課担当者は 保険取引に関連する勘定科目が適切な運用がなされるよう会計計上のプロセスを整理し必要な計上等を行い当該勘定が適切な残高等となっているか等をモニターしますまた関連する情報等を親会社ならびに取引相手先会社等へ報告等を行います

• 再保険や共同保険に関して資金決済を行います

• 上記のために会計処理のバックグラウンドにある保険ビジネスを理解するとともにシステム化されている計上プロセス等への知見を高めより効率的で誤り等のない計上プロセスを探求していくことが求められます

• 経理仕訳の作成

• 日本基準及び米国基準の財務報告関連書類作成

• 作成物のレビュー業務海外のビジネスパートナー担当者からの照会対応を含む

• ＳＯＸ監査法人監査対応

• 親会社グループ各社及び関係取引先からの決済に関する問い合わせ業務

• 総勘定元帳の残高管理

• 財務会計及び簿記に関する基礎的な知識5年以上の経験尚可

• MS Officeの使用経験特にExcelの関数は必須
  Excelデータ編集PIVOT関数は必須
  Word社内資料作成PowerPoint社内資料作成

• E-mailやWeb会議などでの英語のコミュニケーションE-mailは必須
