The role provides comprehensive support across key Human Resources functions including recruitment coordination onboarding and core HR operations. It ensures strong process management through accurate data maintenance smooth new-hire experiences and effective handling of HR systems and employee records. The position also contributes to employee engagement by supporting internal initiatives and events while remaining flexible to take on additional responsibilities within the broader HR domain.
Recruitment
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Manage job postings and updates in ICIMS.
Carry out sentinel checks for new hires and consultants.
Onboarding/Exit & HR Operations
Keep employee records personal files and the DevNet tracker updated and accurate.
Handle joining formalities and support new hires during onboarding including buddy assignment and providing new-hire kits.
Help organize and schedule new-hire orientation across various location/Office
Update the HRMS promptly to maintain correct employee data.
Manage the insurance benefits tracker by adding or removing employees as needed
Employee Engagement
Support the planning and execution of HR initiatives employee engagement programs and internal events cross various location/Office.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/ post-graduate with at least 1-3 years of experience
Familiarity with the development sector will be preferred.
