Job Summary
Provides coordinated support for the Universitys copier and mailing services by serving as the primary point of contact for copier operations customer service billing and vendor coordination. Assists departments with equipment needs maintains accurate records prepares compliance and operational reports supports mailing and postage processes and cross trains on business systems to contribute to efficient finance and administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinates the day to day operations of the University copier management program with a focus on billing accuracy and LSU customer service support. Supports departments by responding to copier inquiries and assisting with issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. Maintains accurate records related to copier inventory locations billing and service contacts.40%
Assists in preparing monthly quarterly and annual reports related to financial and operational contract compliance under the guidance of the Manager of Finance and Administration. 20%
Crosstrain with the Finance and Administration Coordinators to support trouble ticket resolution and gain working knowledge of business systems used by the Finance and Administration team. 20%
Coordinates the issuance of control numbers for Mailing Services and assists with auditing and timely payment of weekly postage. 15%

Operation Essential Personnel - This position may be asked to work during an official closure but who is otherwise not required to report to the physical campus during a closure and whose absence does not present a risk to the safety resources and well-being of the campus per FASOP HR-01.
Minimum Qualifications:
BachelorsDegree with some related experience
