Jefferson Health is seeking dedicated and dynamic Hospitalists to join our expanding inpatient medicine team. Our Hospitalists provide high-quality patient-centered care across multiple sites within the Jefferson Health network supporting diverse communities and clinical teams.Hospitalist opportunities are available at the following Jefferson Health locations:
Abington Hospital (Abington PA)
Jefferson Health Northeast (Torresdale Frankford and Bucks campuses)
Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital (Cherry Hill NJ)
Jefferson Stratford Hospital (Stratford NJ)
Jefferson Washington Township Hospital (Turnersville NJ)
Job Description
- Provide direct inpatient care and manage hospitalized adult patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
- Participate in clinical rounds patient consultations and discharge planning.
- Document clinical care in a timely and accurate manner using EPIC EMR.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
- Supervise and educate residents or advanced practice providers (as applicable).
