Your Tasks
- Garantiza una experiencia de compra excepcional
- Resolver quejas o situaciones con empatia y profesionalismo
- Promover el conocimiento de los productos de skincare asesorando con enfoque consultivo
- Coordina y evalua al personal de tienda empleados
- Control de Inventarios: recepcion acomodo rotacion y pedidos de reposicion
- Realizar apertura y cierre de caja cortes diarios y arqueos
- Mantener en orden los registros administrativos cobro de material reportes e incidencias
- Elaborar reportes de ventas inventarios ciclicos y desempeños del equipo
Your Profile
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en atencion y servicio al cliente
- Habilidad para calculos mentales simples
- Gusto por las ventas
- Experiencia en manejo de personal
- Conocimientos sobre inventarios ciclicos
