Qualifications :
- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in managing F&B operations in a luxury hotel gained from working in global key cities.
- University/College degree in a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
