Job Summary
- Deliver highquality guest service by providing efficient friendly and professional food and beverage service that meets standards including VIP/regular guest needs and room service.
- Maintain operational excellence through proper hygiene cleaning misenplace equipment control stock takes and accurate communication with kitchen and guests.
- Ensure accurate financial processes including guest billing shift revenue reconciliation and correct posting of charges.
- Support smooth daily operations by adhering to service times ensuring staff competence and sales maximisation and working flexibly across a 7day rotating roster with early and late shifts.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a similar role with strong restaurant/bar service knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy fastpaced environment.
- Commitment to delivering highquality customer service.
- Clear and efficient communication with the kitchen team.
