We are building a high-performing SAP S/4HANA Functional Team to operate as a true extension of our clients internal SAP organization.
This is a senior-level role within a complex global S/4HANA landscape supporting business-critical processes. Consultants are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy ownership and accountability in a productive enterprise environment.
This is not a junior support model. We are seeking experienced L2/L3 functional consultants capable of independently managing end-to-end ticket resolution advanced configuration and cross-module integration topics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support in a live SAP S/4HANA environment
Own and resolve tickets end-to-end with full accountability
Perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions
Execute advanced system configuration (customizing) within the respective module
Manage and troubleshoot cross-module integrations
Collaborate directly with global business stakeholders
Contribute to process stabilization optimization and continuous improvement
Required Functional Areas
Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in at least one of the following streams:
Finance
Supply Chain
SD (Order-to-Cash OTC)
MM (Procure-to-Pay PTP)
PP
EWM
TM
MDG
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
7 years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
Proven experience providing L2/L3 productive support
Strong configuration skills (customizing) within the respective module
Solid understanding of cross-module integrations
Experience working in complex global SAP landscapes
Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to Have
Experience in ECC to S/4HANA migrations
Multi-country or global rollout experience
Experience in hybrid AMS project environments
Exposure to SAP BTP
Experience in automation or process optimization initiatives
