Job Summary
Visa Technology & Operations LLC a Visa Inc. company needs a Sr. Software Engineer (multiple openings) in Atlanta Georgia to:
- Responsible for application coding and development.
- Provide technical design/architecture.
- Interpret the design artifacts and provide feedback on designs.
- Provide production support debugging and devops.
- Provide operational and test engineering teams with support activities such as troubleshooting defect research code promotion and configuration of software assets developed by the engineer.
- Ensure functional code quality.
- Develop software assets conforming to domains defined standards for interfaces documentation as well as designing for extensibility and maintainability.
- Develop unit level test cases in accordance with domain standards using provided tools.
- Build unit testing code coverage to expected levels.
- Provide code walk-throughs to code reviewers.
- Incorporate agreed upon feedback into delivered software assets.
- Position reports to the Atlanta GA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- Employer will accept a Masters degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineer related occupation.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $109283.00 to $162300.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
