As a key member of the People Services team you serve as a Workday-centric Business Systems Analyst and trusted partner to the business. You thrive at the intersection of HR technology stakeholder engagement and process optimization bringing clarity to complex requirements and ensuring solutions are well understood well adopted and aligned to business outcomes.
You are comfortable leading conversations with a wide range of stakeholders from functional leaders to non-technical partners and are skilled at translating technical needs into language that brings people along rather than leaving them behind.
In this role you will play a critical leadership role in how Workday enables the People function. You will drive requirements gathering guide system design decisions and ensure Workday solutions support scalable global People Services processes. Your work will directly improve employee experiences strengthen data-driven decision-making and accelerate digital transformation across the organization.
This role goes beyond system administration. Success is defined by your ability to partner with the business guide stakeholders through change and ensure Workday solutions are not only technically soundbut understood adopted and valued.
