Job Summary
Nutrition that Works LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This opportunity is serving a long-term care community located in Oxford MS for 8-24hours/week onsite.

Highlights of thisRole:
- Facility Type: Short-term rehab and long-term care
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours:8-24hours per week (onsite during normal business hours)
- Rate: Commensuratewith experience. NTW provides above average RD hourly rates.
- Experience: LTC and MDS experience preferred not required. Training and refreshers provided.
- EMR: Matrixcare (training provided)
- Position Type: 1099 contract position
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team
- Calculations and recommendations for tube feedingsandwounds
- Completing MDS including Section K and Section V (CAAs)
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Licensed to practice in Mississippi(must be active prior to start date)
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
