Job Title: Dining Services Associate - Utility
Department: Dining Services
Supervisor: Director of Dining Services Assistant Director of Dining Services Dining Services Managers Shift Leaders
Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hrs.) - Days/Eves
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
DUTIES
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma preferred not mandatory.
Experience: 1 year minimum food service employment preferred not mandatory.
Licensure: N/A
Job Standards:
adhere to all Department of Public Health Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
Essential Job Functions:
and mops floors.
garbage and recyclables in kitchen.
and sanitizes kitchen equipment.
rinses and sanitizes pots and pans.
commercial dish machine to wash rinse sanitize and store dishes flatware utensils etc.
food and supplies to remote locations in facility.
in any other phase of food service operations as needed and as abilities and training permit.
established safety regulations assures maintenance of all work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
other duties as instructed by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
