Buckeye Toyota is now hiring a Service Advisor Assistant/Porter role to support our dealership in Lancaster!

Responsibilities:
- Park and retrieve vehicles
- Safely driving the shuttle vehicle to customers as needed
- Help maintain cleanliness of service department
- Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers
- Assist service staff/ Manager with various tasks as needed
- Help take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out additional assignments that
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival for check in
Requirements:
- Organized and friendly personality
- Ability to drive manual vehicles
- Time management skills
- Clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of automotive industry preferred but not required
- Phone skills and ability to schedule appointments
- Incentives
- Ability to write up repair order and deliver back to customer within 3 months
