Pay: $20.00

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.
Schedule and dispatch resources which may be team members crews and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests specifications or needs using telephones and email.
Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules.
Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s).
Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules.
Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions problems and requests for temporary coverage.
Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
No high school diploma GED or college degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience.
Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees.
