As a Security Officer - Roving Site Rounds in Phoenix AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and visitor flow document observations using a computer or tablet and deliver professional customer service through clear communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas parking areas loading or service areas and the exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity hazards and/or policy violations; report findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting observations and actions taken.
• Complete routine security-related reports such as shift logs incident reports and patrol documentation; communicate clearly with property management and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
