Safety Associatesare responsible forthe following:
Transports patients to and from different areas according to patient schedules.
Accompanies patients on outside medical appointments to ensure their safety.
Reports observations of changes inpatientscondition/ behavior to professional staff.
TheSafety Associateworks under the supervision of a licensed professional to provide constant observation of assigned patients and intervention if necessary to keep those patients safe.
Qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma
BLS through the American Heart Association
Behavioral Health Sciences interest preferred
