We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofPersonal Assistant

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for administrative and secretarial support to Senior Executives
  • Handle confidential matters and material in a discrete manner
  • Proactive diary management arranging internal and external meetings moving meetings to balance workloads
  • Deal effectively with incoming email correspondence delegating correspondence where appropriate drafting replies and ensuring that follow up takes place
  • Support with onboarding of new employees including arranging relevant system access ordering equipment and arranging building access
  • Prepare PowerPoint Presentations and Excel templates

To be successful you will:

  • Work with key stakeholders across the business
  • Graduation or post graduation in any stream
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in administrative roleexperience in managing calendarsdiariesstakeholder management
  • Work collaboratively with the members of business support team as well as with the wider team.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stakeholder Management and Diary Management
  • Investment Product knowledge would be advantageous
