Job Summary
Salary/Position Classification
- $994.44 (Master Level) $1194.44 (Doc Level) monthly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 10 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and documentation of CEHD faculty evaluation processes including annual review workflows and related procedures.
- Assist CEHD leadership with integration planning and implementation support for Faculty Success within existing college processes.
- Coordinate with the CEHD Deans Office UND University Analytics & Planning and the Provosts Office to identify workflow integration solutions and best practices.
- Provide direct support to faculty in entering and updating information in Faculty Success for annual evaluation reporting.
- Assist faculty with dossier organization and development in OneDrive including file organization version control and documentation support.
- Help develop guides templates checklists and training materials to support faculty adoption of Faculty Success and dossier workflows.
- Provide troubleshooting and general support for faculty questions related to Faculty Success data entry and dossier management.
Required Competencies

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with faculty and staff.
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Minimum Requirements
- Current enrollment as a doctoral student at UND.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools especially OneDrive Word Excel and Teams.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with faculty evaluation processes (annual review promotion/tenure documentation or academic reporting).
- Strong computer skills including comfort working with online systems and databases.
- Familiarity with Faculty Success or similar faculty activity reporting systems.
- Experience working with faculty documents CVs dossiers or evaluation materials.
- Experience supporting process development or workflow documentation.
