Responsibilities:
- Corporate Legal Tasks:
- Draft and review corporate documents (including resolutions powers of attorney internal policies and procedures) and facilitate their approvals.
- Prepare submit and receive documents for the opening and closure of legal entities permits certificates and statutory filings.
- Manage trademark documentation including registration maintenance and protection.
- Contract Management Tasks:
- Draft review and negotiate finance-related agreements and tender documents.
- Compliance & Risk Management Tasks:
- Develop facilitate the implementation and monitor compliance programs for the Environmental and Social Management (ESM) system and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Conduct internal audits risk assessments and employee compliance training.
- Ensure adherence to banking compliance requirements including KYC and AML.
- Legal Advisory & Administrative Support:
- Provide legal advice on corporate law and regulatory matters.
- Assist in completing applications questionnaires and other regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with regulators external legal counsel auditors and certification bodies.
- Monitor changes in laws regulations and standards affecting company operations.
- Provide additional support related to corporate governance compliance and environmental matters.
- Maintain corporate contract and compliance records in a timely and accurate manner.
Required skills & knowledge:
- University Degree in Law
- 2 years of relevant work experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house lawyer in IT industry
- Understanding principles of the document registry procedure
- Understanding of work with contract templates
- Knowledge of features of contractual documents at sale of main products
- Curiosity perseverance attention to detail
- Result oriented and highly ambitious: responsibility and readiness to act independently and take ownership for the results
- Strong communication skills
- English Level - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
- Fluent Ukrainian (for smooth legal writing)
