Position Summary
The Associate Account Development Executive (AADE) for our Universal Fixed Ops Sales Team brings handson dealership Fixed Operations experience and a strong interest in growing into a career in B2B sales.
This role functions as a sales and field support partner to our quotacarrying Account Development Executives (ADEs). You will leverage your deep understanding of dealership service parts or quick lane operations to support presales discovery help define customer success criteria contribute to solution designs and assist implementation teams postsale to ensure alignment with dealer expectations.
This is an apprenticestyle role built to rapidly develop consultative selling skills executive communication ability and technical product understanding while delivering immediate value to the field.
Position Responsibilities & Essential functions
Presales Support
Participate in discovery sessions to understand dealer business objectives workflows challenges and priorities.
Convert Fixed Ops operational knowledge into actionable solution requirements.
Support sales cycles with solution design inputs value articulation and functional responses for RFPs.
Represent the operational perspective in presales conversations as the Universal Fixed Ops SME.
Partner with ADEs to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
Drive documentation data collection and internal coordination needed for presales and deal movement.
Serve as a liaison between Sales Product Implementation Support and Sales Operations.
Assist with presentations pricing packages proposals and internal approval processes.
PostSale Success & Implementation Alignment
Ensure customer expectations established during the sales process align with implementation delivery.
Attend postinstall and on-boarding meetings to confirm that customer success criteria are achieved.
Support issue escalation clarification of requirements and coordination with internal teams.
Advocate for the dealers definition of success throughout rollout and adoption.
Represent the operational perspective in post-sales conversations as the Universal Fixed Ops SME.
Internal Learning & Growth
Learn CDK processes sales methodology tools organizational structure and culture.
Maintain clean documentation and SalesForce hygiene per established best practices.
Build Fixed Ops industry knowledge and competitive intelligence.
Develop toward becoming a quotacarrying ADE and progressing through our field sales career path.
Gain experience participating in B2B conversations with dealership executives including Fixed Ops Directors General Managers and Csuite leaders building confidence and skills in seniorlevel communication.
Required Job Skills & Qualifications
6 months in a sales or customer-facing role.
Dealership Fixed Operations experience (Service Advisor Service Manager Fix Ops Leadership)
Some college coursework or higher.
Extremely fast learner capable of succeeding in a fast-paced field environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently to dealership leaders.
Comfortable with digital solutions workflow tools and technology platforms.
Highly organized with excellent time management prioritization and follow-through.
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and manage competing priorities.
Strong interest in pursuing a long-term B2B sales career.
Willingness to relocate for future advancement (if required).
Ability to travel 75% across the U.S. including overnight trips.
Comfortable navigating airports travel logistics and dealership environments.
Frequent movement communication and document review
Salary $70000 Commissions
