You will conduct routine rounds stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and communicate clearly with site leadership and first responders. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification issuing and collecting visitor credentials managing truck and delivery check-in and documenting entries and exits per site requirements.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems as assigned including alarms cameras and gate controls and report irregular conditions according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including supporting incident documentation notifications and coordination with site representatives and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter including inspecting gates doors and restricted areas while reporting hazards suspicious activity and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
