HRIS Technology Implementation SpecialistHR&P Houston TXHR&P is seeking a tech-savvy client-focused professional to support the implementation and ongoing administration of HRIS time off and timekeeping solutions. This role works directly with clients to configure systems manage data and provide responsive high-quality support.Key Responsibilities- Implement and administer Time Off policies for new and existing clients
- Lead client calls to review configure and deploy time off policies and solutions
- Upload audit and maintain employee time off balances
- Configure and support Time Off Request tools
- Implement and support timekeeping solution including troubleshooting
- Provide client-facing HRIS and technical support
- Manage system updates corrections and ongoing maintenance
Technical & Professional Qualifications- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Interest in HR technology systems or client-facing technical roles
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Ability to explain information clearly to non-technical users
Preferred Experience- Coursework or exposure to HR payroll information systems or business technology
- Experience working with data files such as Excel or CSVs
- Internship customer support or client service experience
