We are looking for someone versatile and attentive driven by the desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Commis you will help prepare the breakfast service maintain the orderliness of work areas and offer your support wherever your presence makes a meaningful difference. With your strong sense of service and attention to detail you will contribute to making every stay more pleasant and memorable.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Organize cooking tasks and prepare breakfast items according to the forecast sheet reflecting hotel occupancy
- Clear the buffet clean set up tables and handle dishwashing as well as the setup for the following days breakfast service
- Provide valet and luggage assistance for our guests as needed
- Deliver room service orders
- Participate in developing the food offering for the hotel bar
- Perform various cleaning and restocking tasks in work areas
- Complete a full cleaning of the prep kitchen at the end of each service
- Receive deliveries and perform inventory when required
- Offer support to different hotel departments
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Good physical condition
