Essential Job Functions:
- Supply guests with information on services available on property.
- Assist guests following service essentials and direct guests to tables.
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
- Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended.
- Handle initial complaints and informs manager on duty.
- Ensure a safe environment for fellow employees and guests.
- Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
- Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions.
- Ensure bank is counted and balanced with cage.
- Complete and submit related paperwork.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction Togetherness Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required:Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required:Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
- Licenses Certifications Bonding and/or Testing Required: May be required to obtain an Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit.
