As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Bridgewater MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a leading tech campus you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support a positive experience through clear communication responsive customer service and detailed reporting. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a technology campus and/or data-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting key details and escalating concerns through the chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of office areas common spaces loading and delivery zones and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity through security-related systems such as cameras alarms and visitor logs reporting irregular conditions per site procedures.
• Complete required reports and shift documentation including incident reports patrol logs and maintenance or hazard notifications and communicate pertinent information during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
