What Youll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and production flow
Communicate operational updates and issues to team members and supervisors
Support overall site safety housekeeping and operational goals
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and production machinery
Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
Capability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent product quality
Reliability teamwork and willingness to adapt to changing operational needs
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
