Shift: Monday - Friday - Nights

Salary: 29950.80 per annum site bonus scheme

YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

Working as part of the operations team
Carrying out a variety of manual handling tasks- cheese cutting yield understanding & control line set up operation of wrapping machines and using machinery and materials handling equipment where necessary to meet the Health and Safety Quality Plan and Cost requirements.
Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures Site Policies and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
Carrying out visual on line Quality Checks against the company standards.

Our our site in Nuneaton has been transformed into a UK centre of excellence for cheese packaging which will accommodate a range of different technologies to enable us to pack our branded and private label cheese products in multiple formats from snacking through to sliced grated and block formats.

We are looking to hire people who can develop a broad mix of skills which means there is plenty of scope for development and progression. Our ambitious growth plan is supported by a programme of continuous improvement as well as investment where appropriate. Cross functional team working will provide a platform for support and development of individuals.
