Duties & Role:
- The IWC will be responsible to create and maintain up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ.
- The CMDB is composed of network diagrams and rack layouts among other documentation.
- The IWC will be also responsible to control the mobile phone lines and terminals and act as software license manager for the CSU
Requirements
Skill Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL
- Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio
- Practical experience as license manager
