Whilst the role is advertised as full-time we can offer flexible working arrangements for this role such as hybrid working up to 60% of the time adjusted working hours and other alternative working patterns.
We offer
We are looking for a Customs Process administrator who owns all customs operations for the customers. The role is part of a wider team based in Genoa.
Main job responsibilities
- Perform customs operations and customs clearance processes implementation
- Collect data and create necessary reports
- Manage Value Added Services operations including Trucking Customs House Brokerage (CHB) Warehousing and Cargo-Insurance on a daily basis
- Planning and procurement of VAS as per customer requirements
- Cooperate closely with all internal and external customers
- Manage relevant import-export documents
- Communicate with customs authorities.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in managing import/export operations is a plus
- Good communications skills in English language Italian language should be at mothertongue level
- Proactive and structured with a focus on reaching set business goals
- Solution oriented willing to learn and highly responsible and able to create and maintain a good working environment
