Responsibilities:
Create genuine first impressions through every call and booking
Build strong relationships with guests VIPs and corporate clients
Work closely with the hotel team to deliver seamless memorable stays
Balance admin excellence with commercial focus to drive results
Turn enquiries into confirmed experiences
Support Front Office operations and work as one team to deliver smooth consistent guest experiences
About You:
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered)
Committed to high-standard of service and driven to succeed in hospitality industry
Knowledge of hotel property management systems
Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels
Positive attitude resilient and effective communication
Confident telephone manner and tech-saavy
Strong organisation/administration skills
Excellent grooming standards
