Responsibilities:

• Manage telephone/email queries in a prompt accurate and professional manner

• Identify new contacts develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities

• Effective advice on products and services knowledge

• Meeting revenue targets

• Assist in group forecast materialisation reports loyalty program sales strategy and group bookings management

• High-standard customer service and personal presentation

• Maintenance of system and procedures

• Workplace health and safety duties

About You:

• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered)

• Committed to high-standard of service and driven to succeed in hospitality industry

• Knowledge of hotel property management systems

• Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels

• Positive attitude resilient and effective communication

• Confident telephone manner and tech-saavy

• Strong organisation/administration skills

• Excellent grooming standards
