Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing the project phase for established healthcare practice owners and complex loan requests. Key responsibilities include working closely with internal external and client partners to collect required loan documents process disbursements monitor loan budgets and close out the loan upon project completion. Job expectations include frequently communicating with clients and partners on the project/loan status identifying and resolving unique loan sitatuations and working a backlog of active clients.
Responsibilities:
Manages backlog of established and complex healthcare clients during the project phase of loan process
Processes disbursements on behalf of clients
Communicates frequently with internal/external partners and clients
Identifies and delivers to clients needs through loan closing process
Collects required documentation from client based on loan conditions
Engages in additional responsibilities and mentorship opportunities within the team

Three or more years of previous real estate loan administration experience or real estate paralegal experience

Experience deepening relationships over the phone with clients
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
