Job Summary

The Relationship Banker plays a vital role in fostering client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities and referrals that benefit new and existing clients. By consistently delivering outstanding service and meaningful recommendations the Relationship Banker helps strengthen customer loyalty and significantly contributes to the success of the banking center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate banking products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist clients with routine banking transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products services and policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years or more experience in banking or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with 10-key calculator.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
