The Practice Manager Teammate Experience & Culture is responsible for the core clinical operations of RSFPP Orthopaedics. Key functions include the continuous improvement and hardwiring of clinical standards clinical team scheduling human resource management and serving as an administrator on site at a designated Orthopaedic location. Manages division reward recognition & culture initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
A High school diploma or equivalent required with at least two years experience in operations management preferably in a healthcare setting medical office environment or relevant business environment responsible for the day-to-day operations.
OR
Bachelors or masters degree with at least 1 years experience in operations management preferably in a healthcare setting or medical office environment or 1-year MHA residency
Experience:
Previous experience working in or managing outpatient physician practice preferred.
Previous experience in routine reporting and action planning preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:
Strong patient-centered focus. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Responsible for the overall supervision and operations of physician practice relative to the functions including but not limited to: Human Resource Management Operations and Professional Development. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians and internal stakeholders. Ability to organize and manage competing priorities. Ability to problem solve and show good judgment. Ability to develop manage standards of operations teammate recognition programming & matters contributing to divisional culture.
