As a Strategic Business Developer at Adobe you will play a meaningful role in our mission to drive growth and innovation within the Information Technology sector. Based in Munich you will partner with enterprise customers to successfully implement Adobes innovative solutions encouraging creative efficiency and automating workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with DME CSMs to validate discovery session outcomes and uncover potential use cases.
  • Define customer workshop agendas customize demos with customer assets and follow up to confirm engagement roadmaps.
  • Implement the Use Case Roadmap in partnership with CSM bringing to bear Adobes enterprise relationships.
  • Qualify discovery insights validate session agendas and assess customer maturity and technology ecosystems.
  • Customize and deliver impactful demo sessions ensuring alignment with pre-agreed benchmarks.
  • Expand Adobes footprint by bringing to bear successful use case implementations.
  • Generate actionable insights to inform Product and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering visual communication/build projects for enterprise brands using Adobe applications.
  • Strong background in driving discovery calls to assess and improve existing workflows.
  • Expertise in customer success business development product evangelism marketing and build consulting.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills capable of articulating product value.
  • Effective GenAI prompting experience and knowledge of Adobes GenAI solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Ps and at least one other key app such as Il In Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Experience in delivering API projects and engaging with IT and Developers on API topics.
  • Ability to open doors secure meetings and build positive relationships with customers and collaborators.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
