What youll do

In this role you will own the responsibility of delivering bulk feed products accurately efficiently and on time ensuring every customer interaction reflects courtesy quality and reliability. Youll take charge of multi-drop routes maintain precise logbooks and complete all required paperwork to meet business standards. By proactively caring for your vehicle performing inspections and adhering to safety protocols youll demonstrate accountability and pride in your work. Your commitment to excellence and willingness to go the extra mile will create a positive experience for our customers and reinforce our promise to deliver with integrity.

Who Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who owns every aspect of the role with strength professionalism and a customer-first mindset. Youll need the physical capability to lift push pull or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and be comfortable performing tasks that involve repetitive motion. Thriving in a fast-paced environment youll demonstrate flexibility by working weekends when required and maintain a professional polite demeanor that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service. By taking accountability for your performance and embracing challenges with confidence youll help us deliver on our promise of reliability and quality.

Youll Also Need

  • Grade 12 or equivalent education

  • Minimum of 1 year truck driving experience

  • AZ drivers license

  • Clean drivers abstract

  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg bags of feed and perform heavy physical tasks

  • Positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong team and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to exceptional customer service

  • Ability to drive both manual/standard transmission vehicles

  • Mechanical aptitude including basic understanding of mechanical hydraulics and piping systems plus knowledge of various machines and tools and their use repair and maintenance

  • Experience in feed or agriculture (asset)
